Privacy

The short version

TokenStyles has no accounts and no database of your work. Your design is saved in your own browser. It is sent to our server only at the moment you preview or download an export, and is not kept afterwards. We do not sell or share personal data.

What stays in your browser

Your current design and your library of previous exports are written to your browser’s localStorage on your own device. Clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently, and we have no copy to restore from.

What is sent to our server

When you preview or download an export, the design you have built is sent to our server so the file can be generated there. This is deliberate: generating in the browser would put the paid export within reach of anyone who opened developer tools.

That data is used to produce the file in the response and nothing else. It is not written to a database, not written to disk, and not retained after the request finishes. We keep no record of the designs anyone builds.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you, unless you buy an export. The editor requires no sign-up, no email address and no personal details to use.

Payments

Purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered on their systems and are never seen or stored by TokenStyles. The processor will hold the information needed to take the payment and to meet its own tax and anti-fraud obligations, under its own privacy policy.

Fonts

Typefaces used in the editor and on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading them means your browser makes a request to Google, which receives your IP address as part of any ordinary web request.

Analytics and tracking

There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Your rights

Because we hold no account data, there is generally nothing for us to export or delete on request. For anything held by the payment processor in connection with a purchase, contact us and we will pass the request on.
